Reply to maynerd, Many years ago there was a place called the AA Diner in Wolfe City, TX outside Greenville. They had an all you can eat catfish special, with hushpuppies, biscuits etc. Really was fine eating. Don't know if they are still around, it was definitely really fine food from a very small town establishment.
