Chappel hill sausage Sun, 06/11/06 6:01 PM (permalink)
Hi,
When I used to live in Texas my Polish neighbor Willy used to grill a sausage that he said was Chappel Hill sausage. I really loved the flavor of it. I went one time to this little wooden shack that specialized in pulled pork, as well as red rice and beans. They also served Chappel Hill sausage that was very good. I was curious if anyone knows how far North I can get Chappel Hill sausage. I'm living in Indiana and would love to get some again. Thanks

    Hi,
Well we can disregard the last post. I found out that they only distribute around Texas, too bad.
