Char Cheddar Polish with Grilled Onions

The Associated Press and the Chicago Tribune visited Hot Dog University today. Our menu included a jumbo, natural casing, char cheddar Polish with grilled onions, a bag of Jay's chips, and a Coke for $5/tax included. Next week, we'll be serving a char cheddar salami sandwich with grilled onions. Videos, photos, and stories will follow.

i will never forget the grilled polish with carmelized onions and merkts cheddar csd made for me in skokaraton florida( boca ), its worth the 40 mile run to go get them at hotdogopolis

Our menu for Tuesday, April 20th from 11am-1pm includes a char Polish and a char salami on French bread. Top them off with grilled onions and Merkt's cheddar cheese and enjoy yourself.
