Charlie Nickens BBQ in Nashville
I don't know a thing about this place except the few years I lived in TN, people talked as if it was the best in the world. My MIL is coming down in a few months and it was one of her favorite places. What folks call Q up there is something much different then what was Q down here. What was the sauce like? Is there anything similar in a recipe or regional type that it was similar to?
