Cheap Eats Is Up

I finally uploaded the first incarnation of our site.
It's not meant to be a review of eateries, just some suggestions.
I hope it helps to get over the intimidation sometimes felt by visitors to Bangkok.

Lots of nice photos. I would like to see more descriptions of the food.

A couple of guys at my work have been to Thailand several times... however, not for the food. They've been no help.

I plan to add more information.
I just wanted to get something up.
Check back for updated pages.

Most of these places are "one hit wonders", the true beauty of their success.
The carts, stalls, and shops cook that dish which they cook best.

For the new visitor, Bangkok is often overwhelming.
Every 10 meters there's another vendor selling some treat.
There are thousands of shops.

Many will simply shy away, choosing only hotels and restaurants following the "Western" pattern.
This site is our attempt to give some starting points.
