http://www.minorcandatil.com/ I just got a case of their hot sauce and a case of their vinegar datil pepper sauce in, it's very good, not expensive, recommended by a customer from St. Augustine, Fla. Try the Vinegar on Collards, Hot sauce on wings and such.

Datil peppers make great sauces. They have a unique not so hot flavor.
I buy Datil-do-it Hellish Relish for my dogs and
D-D-I Devil Drops for a table sauce. (That's my table at home)
Datil is good stuff!
