Chicago kids pizza party?

Good morning - looking for a Chicago-area pizza place that has kids parties where they can 'make their own' pizza...i've been surfing but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Any suggestions appreciated!

This isn't a pizza place, but we attended a kids party at a candy store in Glenview where the kids got to make their own candy, and it was a big hit. It's called Georgia Nut Company. I'm not sure how old your child is, but the party we attended was for a five-year-old, and the kids ranged in age from 2 to 8 and all had a great time.
