Chicago kids pizza party?

Good morning - looking for a Chicago-area pizza place that has kids parties where they can 'make their own' pizza...i've been surfing but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Any suggestions appreciated!

I think that the Leona's chain used to do this. You might want to call and check.
