We in the Western New York area are fortunate to have a sauce/marinade called "Chiavetta's"-a vinegar based sauce with a bunch of spices I don't think will ever be revealed.Slow grilled it is truly a culinary delight!Just the smell alone wafting from a hot grill is enough to make anyone start drooling...How about it, WNY?
Can you come to the defense of Chiavetta's????
