Chicken and Rice Melt ½ stick of butter in a 9”x12” baking dish in the oven while preheating to 350º. Add one bag of boil in bag rice (Out of the bag), green & red pepper, sliced onion, one can of Golden Mushroom soup mixed with one can of water, and three bone in, skin on, chicken breasts. Bake for one hour or until chicken is nice and brown.

Bob really, really hates chicken-but I think he would like this( he loves rice)...Thanks again, my friend, for a good recipe!
