Chicken-fried steak in CONNECTICUT!!!!

I found a place in South Windsor, on whatever # the north-south state highway is there, called "Little Taste of Texas"...and their chicken-fried steak rivals the better ones I've had in Texas! This is a good way for northeasterners to get their "fix" without having to go all the way across the Mississippi and still have a long trek ahead of them. Their other food is excellent, too, from what I've been told. (Once I saw the CFS, I didn't really wanna try the other stuff...) I think that the meal was about $15 but that could be way off (certainly not much MORE than that, if at all).

As I said, I could be WAY off...it might have been $8.95 or something. (Hard keeping all prices straight on a 32-day-long trip, from memory) All I know is that it wasn't more than that; and I'm also not sure that, if it was indeed around $15, I might have ordered dessert and/or other sides. It was certainly worth it though, whatever it was that I paid. Connecticut food DOES tend to be a little pricier than what turns up out here in western Illinois.
