I had a chli relleno en Nogada last night and it wasn't even coated.
Pasilla chili, roasted (not enough) stuffed with piccadillo, topped with a walnut cream sauce and sprinkled with pomegranate seeds.
Give me an old fashioned, traditional cheese stuffed, battered and fried any day.
