That does look intresting. Do you know what they were brushing it with and what went inside it. I tried googling a recipe and came up blank. joe

My husband was in China for business last year,and lived on these~!!!!Said it was the best native food he had(he just couldnt get beyond the chicken feet on the breakfast buffets)he really wants to go back as the Chinese people were very welcoming of Americans...
