Chocolate Chip Cookies

Anyone have some tips for good, non-chain cookie places? Call me crazy, but (and I know it's a chain) Cosi makes one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever tasted - soft but not crumbly, with the chips big enough but still retaining their shape (aka not melty).
Note: not looking for crunchy bagged "chips ahoy" style cookies...

The best Chocolate Chip Cookies i have ever had are from Freihophers!! http://www.amazon.com/Freihofers-Chocolate-Chip-Cookies-12/dp/B0004LYFKQ The box listed on that page IS CRAP... I couldnt find any WHITE BOX images.. There are 2 recipes of the cookies... 1 is in a white box and the other (Lower fat) is in a brown box and in my opinion taste like crap!! I like the White Box and <<<FRESH>>> also i might add!! So does everyone else unfortunetly,when there is a sale (Buy 1 get 1 free) its hard finding them! (All you find is the brown box crap no one wants) Ah well......... 2nd runner up is Chips Ahoy... They have a good cookie also (Not that soft crap -- the original chips ahoy)
