 Chorizo Anyone?

I just bought some Nodine's chorizo. I generally grill them and serve them alomg with grilled vegetables. Or I make a variation of Portugese kale soup with them. I have also made a tapas with them and mushrooms. Does anyone have any favorite chorizo recipes?

    Frittata. Chorizo, potatoes, eggs and lots of olive oil and butter.

      I like chorizo in jambalya sometimes. Usually I use andouille, but occasionally I'll switch.

        Every weekend, no time during the week, I brown the chorizo with onions add beaten eggs (3), scramble, then garnish with chopped cilantro. Served with warm corn tortillas and my fav hot sauce ( Outstanding!

          I put a "kick" to my biscuits and gravy for Sunday brunches by going 50/50 mild pork sausage and chorizo. Fry the meat with some chopped onions, drain 95% of the fat off, and make the gravy.

            Chorizo and mussels or clams, Portuguese style!

            Brown the chorizo in olive oil with onions and garlic. Add canned, crushed tomatoes and some white wine and hot pepper flakes. Add shellfish and cover until opened. Sprinkle on chopped cilantro when the shellfish is cooked. Serve in a bowl with a thick slab of garlic bread on top!
