Chris' Brisket in El Paso

WE've jsut moved to Texas and have been eating at as many BBQ places as we can find. Chris' Brisket in El Paso beats everything else I've tasted all over Texas, hands down. He has a marvelous website that even includes a video by ABC. The food was superb, hot, tender, crunchy ont the outside, just enough fat for incredible flavor. The restaurant was modest and clean. The service was fast and efficient and the staff were friendly. Chris took a break from carving meat to visit every table and inquire about the satisfaction of each customer. He's listd int eh top 50 in Texas monthly. I wrote them a letter to commend his establishment. Don't miss this one!
