I reacently had this at a party. They got take out. It was very good. It was chopped barbeque with no sauce. Which it didn't need. I'm not sure what cut of meat it was but I would like to find out.

There is also a good chance that chopped beef could be shoulder roll,or clod. Easy to cook and holds better than brisket. I realize that these guys have cooked comps,and do serve brisket. Tom
