Rootsman Thanks All! Got one like DawnT - Cadco OV350 used of Craigslist for $250. It should fit my needs perfectly and can be lifted easily by one person. That sounds like a great price if it's in good shape. You'll be very happy with it. Have you given any consideration yet to merchandising/holding displays for your patties?

Hi there, Let me ask you "oveneers" a question if I might. I'm trying my darndest to fit a full-size convection oven in my unit. I don't have experience with these ovens, but I will get up to speed for certain. I won't be using the oven for cookies. I probably won't even use the oven right away, but eventually, I want to run some specials out of it - mac n cheese, pork roasts, turkey, etc. I just kind of figured that I'd need a full-sized oven to do that. Am I right? I ask, because you folks are looking at halves. How will you be using/do you use your ovens? Thanks, Steve

Well upon putting the oven into use, I'm very happy with it. Bakes well, is light enough to easily move around, only uses 110v and isn't too small.

Thanks, Steve Beyond the weight and space requirements, think about what you will be cooking, how bulky it is and how long it takes to cook and how much you will be serving per hour. I'd prefer to save space and money with a small oven and run batches assuming I have the time and hot holding capacity.

Im using an all electric setup on my truck. The convection oven we chose is the Moffat Turbo Fan E22M3 1/2 size table top convection oven. Does anyone have any experience with this brand?
