We are interested in purchasing a concession fryer. Can anyone make any suggestions. We are looking at the Pitco and Imperial. We want be able to keep up when we do fairs and festivals.

In the large scale commercial world, I love the Pitco. It's one heavy duty, quick recovery system that I've grown accustomed to. Not sure how they rate on the concession level, especially if your looking for a table top unit..
