Concessions at Horse Shows

Anyone out there do any Concessions at any of the big Horse Shows? Like the Hunter/Jumper Shows or Saddleback or Tennessee Walking Horse? I just did a show here in Memphis this past week that was great & alot of the people that travel the Horse Show circuit to compete started asking me about doing other shows (especially in Kentucky) but there are so many out there I cant figure out what exactly to look for. I really want to do some of the shows in Lexington at the Kentucky Horse Park but I cant figure out if they allow outside concessions (Im awaiting a response). I do a full service cappuccino/coffee/frozen cappuccino/smoothie concessions trailer & this past weekend I probably saw most of my customers 2 to 3 times a day throughout the week. Im sure I saw some people over 20 times last week! I also have very few shows in August and most of the shows Im seeing especially North of me are in August. Any info would be appreciated. I'd love to break into the Horse Show scene (I've already got it in Memphis, now just elsewhere!) Thanks Mitch Bella Caffe Fine Coffee & Espresso Catering Memphis, TN

I would guess an oat or apple concession would do well.
