I have a large zip lock baggie in the fridge with a wide assortment of packaged condiments.. (Which I never use, and wonder why I keep them) I have my own museum..

Roossy, You're not alone, In the bottom drawer of the refrigerator we have three zip-bags-- 1. BBQ Sauce pkts. mainly the usual Famous Dave's varieties, but some from a number of other BBQ places also. 2. Ketchup and Mustard and Taco Sauces of various types. and 3. Seafood condiments- Tartar Sauce and Shrimp Cocktail sauces. Now and then we do use them...but some have shelf dates that put them in the previous Millennium! I have some MRE Tabasco's that date to the Jimmy Carter era.

I recently read that 80% of the population in the USA has Mayo (or something reasonably close), Ketchup and Mustard in the frige. I think most of the roadfood group has much more than that from what I have read.. A good portion of what I have are gifts from folks that I have met on Roadfood.com Paul E. Smith Knoxville, TN

Paul, The stuff I was talking about are the little individual packets given out at 'take-out' restaurants. I would be afraid to talk about regular containers (bottles) of sauces etc. There are some in the back of some of our cupboards that I am afraid to reach for!! [|)]
