It looks like Hall's will build a sandwich to order, too...as someone who doesn't care for lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. on a sandwich I always appreciate the ability to customize.

I liked that they didn't include lettuce and tomato by default.  I mean, I think it would have worked fine, but I often get the feeling that L&T are thrown into a sandwich just for generic crunch and wetness, without any real consideration of how they work, or whether they work, with all the other ingredients.  I didn't especially miss them in this grinder.
