Corned beef sandwich shocker--in Tucson!

I food critic who lives (and presumeably eats) in NEW YORK CITY has picked a place in Tucson, Arizona as the BEST CORNED BEEF SANDWICH IN AMERICA! I'm starting to really get into the Rosengarten Report. David Rosengarten has a knack of finding great foods in unobvious places. A magnificent corned beef sandwich in Tuscon, who'da thunk it!
