Costco: what brand Polish, sauerkraut and buns?

Hoping someone here works at costco or knows the answer:

I love the polish sausage dogs they sell, and the sauerkraut that goes on them.  sauerkraut is fresh-tasting, not sour at all.  anyone know what brand sausage, sauerkraut and buns they use in their food court?  I'd like to re-create it at home.  I've heard several different things, hebrew National or Sinai Kosher, Kirkland.  any definitive answer?

thanks!

Last week while in Costco shopping, I stopped for a hot dog and drink.
Can you believe, a 1/4 lb. hot dog and a 20oz. drink for only, $1.50!

OK, I made the trip myself and asked a woman behind the counter; she said the polish dogs were Hebrew National and the Kraut was Hebrew National.  However, the polish we found in the stores were shorter and stubbier than the ones they use... what the.... is there a special commercial size of polish that hebrew National makes?

I can believe it, along with the $200 grocery bill we incur at each visit...

I know that Hebrew National has a line of foodservice products. Unfortunately, they are not listed on either the Hebrew National or ConAgra Foodservice websites. But these food conglomerates have never listed all their products on their web sites, like a lot of the niche players did.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe there was a RF thread recently that discussed the fact that Costco no longer sold a "Kosher" dog due to food cleanliness problems at the plant that processes most of the Kosher meat products in the USA.
I think Costco now has their dogs custom made for them at a different plant.
