Inspired by Capt Murdock's post in Trip Reports I decided to make Crab Cakes for dinner. I searched online and found a recipe reported to be Faidley's and followed it. Instead of using saltines I used Ritz crackers.
Here is one of the crab cakes ready to be cooked:

We really enjoyed these and I would definately make them again!
