If you do a search on Culvers and leave off the Hamburgers you can read till your hearts content. They are certainly worth a try. One of the better FF type restaurants I have found.

Culver's has been discussed numerous times in Roadfood.com. With a search and a rough count they are mentioned in about 135 threads and are the subject heading for 11 threads spread over several forums. Consensus is generally positive. I have a Culver's just up the road from my house and go there frequently.

When they opened a Culvers a couple of years ago here in Southern Indiana we quickly learned to appreciate the cleanliness and quality of the place. I hope the distance from the Headquarters to your AZ Culver's doesn't affect the quality of your stand. We like the Walleye (seasonal menu item), the Bacon Buterburgers(order the double, the single is a little light on the meat) and the Pork Tenderloin (Breaded and fried, not the grilled version). Their Custard is very good and will be a hit out there in Hot and Custardless Arizona!

They have interesting specials like Pot Roast dinner or Chopped Steak dinner where you get mashed potatoes and a veggie. These are usually on the white board inside behind the counter. Good soups too but that may just be a Midwest winter thing and not suited to Arizona.

Their burgers are VERY big and cooked as you order, so your wait can be up to 10 mins, but well worth it! Also, their custard is a frozen thing of beauty!!! Two thumbs up to Culvers!!!
