Curious if my poll results match up with food truck owners here.

I ran a poll for a couple of weeks trying to find out what the most common make of trucks were being used as food trucks.

Since there are few truck owners on these forums, I thought I'd try to find out your thoughts.

MC, did not see your poll, I own a trailer now, but worked for a motion picture caterer for years, all of the vehicles there were Grumman P30 vans with GM product underneath, as were the majority of trucks in and around Los Angeles.

I can see that. American brands are easier to find used herein the states. I would imagine as time goes on, there will be more foreign trucks available.
 
I recently went to the Detroit auto show where Ford did a tear down display on one of their truck engines. It had 250k miles on it and was run through a bunch of tough trials. They tore it down and took measurements, all of them met the off the assembly line specs after all of that wear and tear. I was shocked. It even had dirt fall out of some of the seals from when they ran it through the Baja 1000.

They hit the ground running with excellent food. The 1st anniversary is this weekend. It is a vegan truck but it did not take long to turn many "yada yada no no no vegan food" into "boy this is really great!"

I saw the Cinnamon Snain Folks at the Vendys on Governors Island in September.  I really thought they had the best truck and I'm certanily not a vegetarian.  The food was very interesting and the presentation was awesome.  I'd post some pix but I'm too much of a noobie.
