We can fit some cows! But I bet the cows in the midwest are like the chickens. Something makes them happier vs. here. Hmmm.

Sea Breeze in Dallas (Plano) sells a credible lobster roll for $13.99. This includes a choice of one side (I like their Asian slaw) and hush puppies.

That lobster roll would  not "float my boat".  A real lobster roll, as I know it  contains  only lobster meat and hot melted butter.  That is just my perference.

CC, mark your calendar for September 14-16 and check out the Green County Cheese Days in Monroe, WI.  The deep fried cheese curds are some of the best you'll ever have.  Plus it's a semi-regular trip for many Contingent members, so in addition to great curds and dozens of samples of local artisan cheeses, you'll get to meet us.

As long as it is not like egg nog. I want to like egg nog but...sigh.

I just hope they still squeak!!! The cheese curds not the contingent.

I wonder if a few people show up at the Milwaukee "world of wheels" event...expecting to see some cheese. I am studying.
