Cutting and framing window in trailer

My wall studs are shaped like a :L". 1in tubing and bottom of L the outside panels attached.  Do I cut that of and just leave the tubing for the framing? What would you use to cut the opening.  Will have to cut middle :L: stud completely.  How do I make sure everything is square to trailer?

Yes, you will likely have to cut through those rails. You can use a Sawzall, a jig saw with a good metal blade, or a small circular saw or grinder with the appropriate blade.
