Dakota Buckaroo Marinade

Hiya guys, Wondering if any of you guys have heard of Dakota Buckaroo? It's a marinade made in Idaho.

I have tried it on ground beef and chicken and t's pretty good. I was thinking of putting a half cup or so in the boiling water to flavor the dogs.
It's mostly soy &  liquid smoke, but it's tasty.

If you start with a good quality dog, you won't need to "Flavor" your dogs.

Believe it or not, I have a bottle of it in my cabinet!
The owner of Buck-a-roo sent a case of it to a guy I work with as a thank you gift for something he did for him!
My buddy gave me a bottle.
I'm gonna marinate a flatiron steak in it this weekend!
    How's that for coincidence?????!!!!

If you drop yer dogs in water, it helps if there is some "flavor" in the water so they don't get "bleached" out. It can make your dog unique. I'm using a beef and onion soup mix right now. Also use this dirty water to keep my chili "flowing".

Benscarts said he put beer or bullion in his water. So I innovated and I put a some pieces of garlic, a bullion and a couple of caps of liquid Zatarain's Crab Boil.

I grill the dogs and sausage and hold them in the steam pan. I also have a 1/4 size pan with a couple of inches of water with Garlic and 1 cap of Crab Boil and a bullion in that and serve the dogs from that pan as Cajun Dogs.

I enjoy the aroma jcheese. Now I'm going to bring a frypan for some oil and  put some peppers and onions to add to the kitchen affect like you suggested. I like your ideas. If I had the money, I'd make a trip to old Virginia just to watch you and have a dog. No LOL, I'm serious!

    Several  great Ideas Thank you!
I found this marinade  in Yuma this winter must walked by the guys stand half a dozen times, the smells was amazing, He was marinating Wal-Mart 80-20 ground beef  giving out samples. So I finaly stopped and tried it. I bought a bottle of each, Hot and Original.
Let me know how you like it. FOODBME  The flavor is much stronger if you baste with it during cooking. Have you ever thought of using it in the dog water?  I thought as a flavorant in the water and maybe a quick shot of it on the hot griddle once in a while to flavor the onions and  get the smells going! :-)
