Deal returns Mich.-brewed Bell's beer to Chicago
KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- Beer lovers will be able to get Bell's in Chicago again.
Bell's Brewery Inc. reached a distribution agreement Thursday that allows the popular Michigan-brewed beer to be sold in Chicago for the first time in almost two years.
Bell's President Larry Bell tells the Kalamazoo Gazette he's thrilled the beer will be back in what once was one of the company's biggest markets.
Bell's had pulled the beer out of Chicago in 2006 following a dispute with a distributor.
