Decent BBQ show

This is probably the 1st time I've said this. I found what I consider a decent BBQ show on TV today. It is a PBS show titled BBQU, their website is BBQU.net. The host was human and not some full of himself "Chef" His name is Steven Raichlen. He uses a charcoal grill for some dishes and a gas grill for others. He has at least 3 Weber 18 or 22" grills, a 22" Performer, a Ranch kettle, at least 1 SS gas grill that I don't think was a Weber and an offset firebox smoker similar to a Bandero. He used some pretty cool accessories too. Today he was cooking lamb, did lamb kabobs, 2x thick Frenched chops, lamb steaks and another lamb dish. He didn't go all high faluting like that Bobby guy. Can't stand that 1... Anyways, if ya get a chance check this 1 out. I setup a season pass for it and will try it some more. MikeS.

He's been around for some time and has quite a few books on bbq..I've got a couple of them in my cooking cabinet. He also runs the bbq school..in west virginia if my memory is working this early. He does know a few things about cooking outdoors on different equipment.

Some info about it can be foundhere. Obviously classes are over for this year but the link provides an idea of what goes on and how much it costs...
