Deep Frying Sweet and Savory
I have Pitco 42LB deep fryer and normally deep fry a savory rice ball coated with an egg wash and breadcrumbs. I have a sweet rice ball that ic coated on graham cracker crumbs with cinnamon and sugar. Does anyone have an experience with frying sweet and savory otems in the same deep fryer?
Currently, Im just usinga separate tabletop deep fryer for the sweet, but that's obviously a pain the butt.
