Denver Hotdogging? Wed, 12/21/05 3:23 PM (permalink)
I live in the Denver area and recently bought a used cart. I have had some success at youth football games and Bronco home games ouside the stadium, but have not had much luck operating on a regular daily basis. I have heard that the downtown market is saturated in Denver and all the Home Depots are contracted with StreetEats, and are extremely hard to break into. (how much rent do Home Depots and such charge?) I have tried a few busy car washes and have not done well. I am looking into some locations that may go well on the weekends and evenings, but a regular lunch location would be good.
Also, does anyone know where I can buy good, with casing dogs in Colorado or online? Koegels doesnt sell online, Hebrew National are skinless, as are any Nathans or Viennas I can find. I think Nobel-Sysco may have them, but they are more expensive and I am just a regular old hotdog hustler trying to make a buck.
