Depression Era Cooking With Clara

This lovely lady has been a big hit on YouTube, cooking up foods from the Great Depression. They are cheap, heavy meals that you can throw together easily. There's even a cookbook now! My Italian grandma died almost 10 years ago. She would have been 99 this year and a lot of her quick little recipes were like Clara's, especially this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3OPQqH3YlHA
