That is great! Personally I am sick of low carb already. I think the restuarant had a legitimate concern.

I've lost and kept off around 40 pounds watching my carb intake. These people need to understand you still need to practice portion control. Eat a reasonable amount of meat with lots of green veggies and a side salad.
