makes me wonder how sad and miserable you are that you cant help but interject your underlying snobbery every chance you get....

Gee, here I was trying to help keep you out of court and out of banruptcy by stating the facts, and all you do is bluster and bitch. I once had a mother-in-law like that.

Not that Mr. Hoffman needs defending, but he knows of what he speaks. He is stating the RIGHT way to do things. If you want to go ahead, play music and take your chances, by all means. I thinks its a nice touch, as long as it is background music, just be careful. And dont EVER be surprised if someone comes along and objects-legally speaking.

I just wish I had a quarter for every time I had to listen to Jimmy Buffet music in a restaurant.

lmao...no doubt, i like his music, but the last thing you want to happen is be stuck as the designated driver at a jimmy buffet concert....... it just looses something without the alcohol included!

and yes.... actually im going to concede my earlier argument and tell you a couple of ways to do it LEGALLY so hasslehoff can sleep better at night....

directv- commercial music choice..... about 29 bucks a month and every style of music you can think of commercial free and crystal clear........ take 15 minutes and learn how to aim a dish(its really very simple) and your in business wherever you go
XM satellite radio- easier yet, no dish to aim, not sure about their commercial rates, but a standard package is about 10 bucks a month, im sure the commercial rates are comparable to directv

of course, now that i have paid the commercial rates for music, i really REALLY dont see an issue with popping in a cd every now and then..... but thats just me
the rest of you can live your lives tip toeing around egg shells at every turn, im going to continue to do as i damn well please.....ive made it 43 years with no problems, i can make it another 40...... :)
unless i start turning out like hasslehoff, then im ending it early to stop the misery, lol

I got my kids hooked on Jimmy Buffet as well. I think one of them has every album (on CDs) that he's put out. Our cart has a sign we picked up in Corpus Christi that has a beach scene and  says "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem" and David wears tropical print shirts. Our CLass C is "beach cottage" look and we have two stuffed parrots... I call them Frankie and Lola.
