Dinner- simple & delicious

My son is home from college for a few days; we have not seen him since Thanksgiving.
I marinated a London broil overnight in soy sauce, worcestershire, garlic powder and fresh ground pepper.
Grilled it rare, let it rest.
Grilled 8 ears of corn, and some sliced zucchini and eggplant tossed with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper.
Simple and really satisfying, a great summertime meal.
Dessert was Duncan Hines brownies and vanilla ice cream.

Ah, sounds like a wonderful meal. AND, I am sure you really enjoyed having your son home for a visit.

What could be more perfect than having a loved one home, and a great meal to share.

    Heaven!!!!!

Enjoy your young man. Time passes too fast.
