Disadvantages of Fast Food

Hello friends,
I am a new member in this forum and this is my first post. in my post i want to share some thing with all of you about the disadvantages of fast food.
Fast food is generally very unhealthy and full of unsaturated fats. It contains high level of of sodium salt which is not good for our health. Fast food is also contain a high amount of calorie. Eating fast food in once or twice in a month is not bad for our health but more consumption of fast food leads to the obesity.

OK, we all could say something sarcastic here, but since it's a new member from I believe Belgium, let's refrain and just welcome him/her to Roadfood and hope someone is not just putting us on.

I never saw turtles served in Belgium but they do like eels. Maybe there is now an eel and frites fast food place there.

I can't help wondering whether the original poster's feelings about fast food might have something to do with the fact that the name being used is that of an apparently high end restaurant in Antwerp. http://www.colvenier.be/index.php

I recall really enjoying snapper and pepper pot soups, many years ago - until I understood how both were made.
