I'm sorry but they need to take this thing OFF the menu because I'm addicted, and there's no stopping me from ordering up the triple stacker with chicken fries. It's so FREAKING good. I like the sauce, the cheese, the bacon, the greasy burger patties. All of it. It ROCKS.

I would try one a la Carte but local BK will only sell it as a Value Meal-4.99 gets you a double with fries and soda.Too much money since I wont eat their suck fries.I'd rather get the double cheeseburger for 2.49.

buy 2 double cheesburgers for 2 bucks.
Combine them, and you have a quad stacker

No you won't...because the double cheeseburgers for 2 bucks don't have bacon. Plus they don't have the sauce.

Qu'st ce que c'est, "sauce BK Stacker?"

BTW - I caught a Subway ad the other day where I believe they were showing 4 or 5 sandwiches and saying that all together had less fat than one of the large Stackers. A direct attack.

The Stacker sauce just tastes like Big Mac sauce to me. And well...that must mean 1,000 Island dressing. I didn't like this Stacker thing at all!

Actually, I don't like the sauce. I have them substitute mayo for it.
But I do LOVE the stackers! Yumm!!

Are you sure they won't sell you one a la carte. It isn't listed on the menu at the one I go to separately but I just order it that way and they sell me just the sandwich. I stop there sometimes as I have been low carbing and a triple stacker with no sauce with the bun removed is a pretty good snack.

I'll bet the acid-flashback King could put some serious hurt on Jared. Any PPV potential here?

Ala Burger King's Big King (?) sandwich, which I thought was pretty good for BK. That's probably why it was D/Ced...

Hope that was on occasion vs. a regular habit.

That's odd. I mean, I wanted to try one of the Stackers and I just ordered it without anything else and no one questioned it.

Unless you were at the BK in Georgetown DE where Billfish lives, then it is not odd at all. Notice he said "local BK', not the BK where you ate at.

Congratulations on correctly spelling wits -- a word with which one would never have known you were familiar. Oh, and congratulations, also, for properly referring to me as Sir.

Mr Hoffman, just an observation; you seem to be an intelligent person who can be quite cantankerous at times.

When nitwits and morons try to draw you into childish verbal battles, try to be the better man and do not lower yourself to their level. Fight your insecurities and ignore the trolls.

I enjoy your informative posts about food, not the angry insults back and forth with some bored high school kid.

Please keep your educated and interesting posts about food related matters coming!

Thank you so very much. That was most kind of you. By the way, I'm about as insecure as Mt.Washington, but not as tall.

very often, items will be presented on the value meal menu but not as an a la carte menu. That doesn't necessarily mean they son't sell it a la carte. It's BK, and they'll give it to you your way.

No one but me stacks Whopers? Hey, you can cut those in half and feed 2. They were way better tasting at 99c though! Oh, I discard the extra buns.
