Do You Use Twitter?

I've seen on Eat Street that many food trucks use Twitter to inform their "fans" of their locations throughout the day. Do any of you use Twitter or Facebook or whatever in this manner?

Yea I heard of a Taco Stand that uses Twitter and announces at what location they will be and when and they always get a line of people waiting for their Tacos...I think it would just depend on what your customers demographics look like...most people are on Facebook these days like chefbuba and there is a lot less on Twitter but I would do a survey of your current customers...find out which one they use more often...ask for their link to connect with them and use both...but it just depends on how much time you actually want to spend on it...btw thanks for answering me on the other post :)

We don't. I have yet to have the inclination to post although I have a twit/face account (I think). Maybe we will when we shift over to Roswell (larger town) but Socorro is so small, everyone knows us. Half the town (including non-customers) have stopped by in the past week to see how David is doing and they all know about his heart attack. Like I said... small, tiny town.
I have not ever actually seen a facebook page yet. Too busy doing other things.
