Do any of you have a spudnut recipe?

Hey folks. Do any of you have any spudnut recipes you can share with me? I've looked everywhere over the internet for a donut recipe that uses potato flour. So far i've heard from some folks that if you don't make them correctly (using potato flour) they will come out very runny. Anybody have any recipes they can share with me? Thanks.

I have recipes for traditional doughnuts made and served in our area for Shrove Tuesday called Fasnachts but they are made with mashed potatoes, not potato flour.

Don't have a recipe for Spudnuts, but do have a recipe for donuts that calls for cooked potatos, it is in the Progressive Southern Farmer cookbook, will that do?
