Compared to Bobby and Mario, Donald Trump is humble. But then there's the challenge of getting the toque over that hair.

In the new Hell's Kitchen TV show one of the contestants, Craig, showed up in the kitchen with a toque. Chef Ramsay went f-word ballistic with him for that. Craig was booted already.

Chef Ramsay goes 'f-word ballistic' if the wind changes direction. Craig might have sucked, but at least he believed in tradition...and not using one's own hair as an ingredient.
