Doc's Little Gem

Does anyone know the current status of Doc's Little Gem?
I will be in Syracuse over the coming weekend and am just wondering as Doc's is usually a factor in plannig our dining.

it's still open. and now that smoking is no longer allowed inside of restaurants in NYS, it's much cleaner and better smelling. I was there on my last family visit.

Doc's is colosed at the moment. It had a fire a few weeks back and still needs some work. It was the first time in it's history that it was closed. Until it opens, try Stellas just up the road about a mile (www.home.twcny.rr.com/stellas/index.htm ). Oh yeah come hungry because they know how to fill you up. Open from 5:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Plan on waiting, because it's always busy. Once you eat there you will know why.

That's too bad. I hope Doc's makes a speedy recovery.

Folks......The "Little Germ" is reported to be re-opening
this Friday Nov.23rd.
Sadly effected by Syracuses lousy economy they will NOT be open 27/7.
Most likley early morning till late afternoon except fri. and
Sat. when they will be open during the "graveyard" shift"...........

The Little Gem is open and back up to speed. Syracuses lousy
economy has had the owner finally "find the keys" to the never
locked doors with shorter hours and limited 24 hour service
on Fri. and Sat. only.
Business must be lousy with recent 1/2 off lunch/breakfast
specials as well as a $1.99 2 egg, toast and coffee daily
special being advertises in local papers.............
