Doe's Eat Place/Greenville MS

I was doing a little reseach for an upcoming trip to Mississippi when I came across this interview with the owner of Doe's. For anyone who hasn't eaten at a Doe's (I have only eaten at the one in Little Rock), they have fantastic steaks and tamales in about as rustic a setting as can be imagined. The interview goes into much detail about the origins of the restaurant and I found it quite interesting. I know I had always wondered about the unusual name.
