Last summer I ran accross this article on the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel online:(http://www.jsonline.com/onwisconsin/dining/best/hotdog.asp) I had the chance to visit Sammy's Taste of Chicago last weekend. It was great! Read more here: http://www.cuisinecapers.com/archives/000158.html Has anyone else explored the Hot Dog joints in the Milwaukee area?

I used to work next door to Martino's, baaaaaad for the waistline, but good for the palate. Never had a bad meal there. In Waukesha, do not bother with Lucky's or Vic's, the only good dog is @ Mac's Frozen Custard Stand. They use Usinger's hot dogs & that makes all the difference.

Great site. I'm looking also to get into a Hot Dog cart in the Milwaukee area. Another great Dog store in Milwaukee is Mike's Red Hots on north Teutonia right by the police academy. Good stuff.

"Hey, CSD -- say hello to the competition" There is plenty of room for all of us here in Milwaukee! CSD, e-mail was sent and I look forward to talking to you. I road race a 1986 Honda CRX Si in SCCA's Improved Touring class. I've been road racing for 20 plus years and still having fun. I also co-drive a Vintage race car in vintage race enduros. 200 miles with driver changes, fuel stops, just like NASCAR. Well not really but we,do have fun.

Hey Guys, How about being careful with your titles for this thread. McDuff read this heading and started barking about the girl dogs he could date in Wisconsin, if I would just give him some computer time !!! Sheesch will the pressure ever let-up
