Dominos Gets Free Publicity on YouTube ...

Two Domino's Pizza staff (in North Carolina) are facing criminal charges after posting an appalling video on the internet that is enough to put the average consumer off fast food for life.

Kristy Lynn Hammonds, 31, and Michael Anthony Setzer, 32 are each charged with distributing prohibited foods after the shocking footage of a man who appears to be Setzer passing wind on a sandwich and shoving cheese up his nostril was posted on YouTube.

That does it.  I'm never eating at Dominos again! 

I never eat at Domino's, and this is just one more reason to continue with this policy ( hell, the pizza itself is reason enough! )

That stuff was almost inevitable if you hired teenagers and early 20-somethings.  Doing it in your 30's?  Aim high, kiddies.

What amazes me is that the alleged criminals are both over 30 and should undoubtedly know better.

But other Domino's franchises shouldn't be judged on what happened at this particular location.  It looks like the company is being pretty proactive with its response, and IMO it should do all it can to nail these 2 morons to the proverbial wall.

It is impossible to beleive that there aren't other morons out there doing the same thing ... just not smart enough to operate a camera.

Somehow I feel that when I order an sandwich from the ma and pa around the corner I am far safer.

I love idiots who film their own evidence against themselves.

This is also why I prefer establishments with an open kitchen.

Was just watching these videos the other night, not exactly the smartest move to post evidence of what they've been up to online for the world to see, of course it's gonna backfire on them!

I'm sure all Dominoes don't have staff like that but it doesn't really help the name...

If I ever caught a cook of mine doing anything like that, my baseball bat would get a good workout. Outrageous!

Now they stand a chance to be "cute" walking down the road picking up beer cans trying to work off a couple hundred hours of community service. I bet they won't post that. Morans.

Bill - I'm a big fan of community service, especially with teen and 20-something offenders.  Hit em where it hurts, their free time.

And they will get to wear those o so cool orange plastic saftey vests so everybody can see them and they will be so proud of their stupidity.

They are now in the Conover NC jail with felony charges. Domino's also said they will be filing suit againt the idiots for damages. The idiots "claim" the food was not served to anyone, Yeah right...

Thats what you get when you pay People 6 bucks an Hour. Only in North Carolina.

I feel sorry for a company when something like this happens.    I hope that these two dullards get punished so much that it will be an example to any other wiseguys out there in the work world.  I almost want to order a pizza from Dominos to show my support.

I hope that they lock those two brain-damaged morons up and throw away the key.

jellybear, I'm afraid that it isn't "only in North Carolina". I watch the news a lot, both local and national ( cable ), and it's just mind-boggling how often nonsense of this nature occurs in this country. Apparently the dreaded disease known as "stupiditis" is running rampant in the US ( if you want proof, just look at the average driver! )
