Doodle Soup Festival

Yesterday I attended the Doodle Soup Festival in Bradford, TN. Doodle soup is a specialty of this very small town in West Tn. It is similar to chicken soup but is thicker and has a strong vinegar taste. It is not something everyone would like but I did enjoy it. The annual festival is held in the very old downtown area and has the usual games and concessions.
