Door County WI off season

I'm off to Door County this week, and have searched the threads here, but they are all pretty old.  Since this is off season most of the tourist traps are closed (yay!) but I'm hoping the real gems that the locals appreciate are available.

So far on the itinerary we have White Gull Inn for fish boil on Friday, Coyote Roadhouse for pub food, Carroll House for greasy spoon breakfasts, and a couple winerys with tastings on Saturday, Greens N Grains for some shopping.

Any suggestions or comments?

I hate to provide outdated information but for what its worth, the Sister Bay Cafe was really good when I visited back in 2000

Never been to either place, but Bea's and Sweetie Pies are on my list of places to try for pie the next time through the area.
