Doughnuts in Stamford, CT/information please

A co-worker recently brought in a box of homemade donuts from a place called Wedge-in in Stamford Ct.
They were irregularly shaped and dredged in coarse sugar. They had a rich eggy taste and a melt-in-your-mouth texture better than any other I've ever tasted, including Krispy Kremes.

Does anyone have any information about this place? I think I'd make the trip just to get some more.

Thanks for the tip. There are also excellent , simple homemade donuts at the Lakeside Diner on Long Ridge, just up above the Merritt. They're superb too.
